Purchasing a home is an important decision and significant investment. You’ve entrusted me with your confidence, and my commitment to you will consist of my undivided loyalty. I will obey all lawful instructions and exercise reasonable care and skill. I will disclose all material facts about the property. 

I will also review with you the current market trends and recent sales of properties in order to establish a purchase price reasonable to both you and the potential sellers. I will use all my skill, ability and experience to help you buy a property within a timely manner at fair market value.  

I’ll update you on a regular basis as to my search progress, while advising interested realtors in our real estate network of your specific home-buying requirements. I’ll also monitor all market activity and continually review the marketing and sales information to update you on any changes. 

Your Commitment 

You agree to exclusively use my services as your Whistler real estate salesperson to buy real estate, to advise me of properties you may be interested in, and provide me with sufficient personal information to determine your home purchase requirements. You also pledge to negotiate in good faith when purchasing the piece of real estate you are interested in. 

You will advise me of any changes as soon as possible so I can best meet your needs to achieve a positive conclusion.
